Group Coaching provides each athlete affordable access to expert coaching, a tailored training program, and a supportive community in a high-energy training environment.
Group coaching is offered on weekdays, Monday-Thursday. Each scheduled training session is 1.5 hours in duration. Groups are comprised of 12-15 athletes. Many athletes are competitive lifters; some are training for their first competition, while others follow our programming and focus on weightlifting as their principal form of fitness.
Current Group Session Schedule:
Monday: 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm; 7:15 pm - 8:45 pm
Tuesday: 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm (Remote via Zoom); 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Wednesday: 1:30 pm-3:00 pm; 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm; 7:15 pm - 8:45 pm
Thursday, 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm; 7:15 pm - 8:45 pm
All new members must complete a 30-minute 1:1 assessment (and additional private coaching sessions as needed) with CHFP senior coaching staff to confirm a requisite level of technical proficiency in the snatch, the clean, and the jerk.
