How it works
• Sign up and pay for your daily or monthly drop-in pass here.
• You will then be prompted to schedule your open gym time.
• Arrive a few minutes before and check-in digitally at our front kiosk.
• Introduce yourself to the coach!
Prerequisites
Have a minimum of 3 months of Olympic weightlifting experience.
Drop-in Arrival Hours:
Monday: 3:30 PM-5:00 PM and 7:30 PM-9:00 PM
Tuesday: 6:00 AM-8:00 AM, 3:30 PM-5:00 PM and 7:30 PM-9:00 PM
Wednesday: 3:30 PM-5:00 PM and 7:30 PM-9:00 PM
Thursday: 6:00 AM-8:00 AM, 3:30 PM-5:00 PM and 7:30 PM-9:00 PM
Friday: 4:00 PM-7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM-12:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM-12:00 PM
